Welcome! It’s a real honour to have you here making you a priority! Here at IanPeric.org we share a range of ways to sustainably improve your health, happiness and productivity – generally enriching your quality of life while also having a positive impact on those around you.
We make it easy to practically apply mindfulness and personal development in a way that best suits you.
These Personal Development and Mindfulness sessions are designed to give you an experience of self awareness, develop new skills and support you to integrate positive habits into your life – all in a way that works for you.
We share these regular classes:
- Morning Online Meditation – (currently on Tuesdays at 8:15am Cluj time) – Just click here at the classes start time to join in.
- Our weekly “in person” meditation session run at 18:00 on Thursdays, contact us for details
- We are planning another “in person” session at CBC in Cluj and will announce it as soon as we have a start date.
We also share semi regular 1, 3 and 5 day workshops covering personal development, mindfulness and lasting happiness.

Here we share mindfulness sessions targeted to a specific area such as sport, school, art, healthcare and the office. If you want mindfulness targeted in a different area, please contact us to talk about it. We may be able to develop custom sessions to meet your specific needs.
This range of mindfulness sessions are packaged in:
- Single classes (a talk, 2 hours or a full day)
- 8 week programs (applied mindfulness)
- Ongoing regular engagements
Session prices are flexible though the standard rate is 249Lei per hour.

Personal coaching can include meditation coaching, performance coaching and life coaching.
These are personalised sessions that are run at your pace, are focused on your needs and are completely confidential.
